This holiday season is certain to be a unique one. Normally, we gather around our family and friends to celebrate and reflect on the past year. This year, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that we stay vigilant about COVID-19 due to the rising case counts and stay home for the holidays. While this is hard on everyone, it’s especially tough for our brothers and sisters in recovery, who depend on face-to-face interaction to avoid falling into those mental traps that lead us back to addiction. But never fear, being home alone doesn’t mean you have to take care of yourself and your sobriety by yourself.

Podcasts have been a saving grace for many people across the world, and with hundreds of thousands to choose from on Spotify, Apple, Pandora, or whatever you use to listen to music, there’s a topic out there with friendly hosts waiting to inspire you. Check out these must-listen addiction recovery podcasts to help get through the holiday season with your sanity intact.
