The New England Recovery Center provides 24-hour admission to inpatient treatment

Our rehab program provides a safe and structured environment in which to begin or continue your recovery. At the New England Recovery Center in Westborough, Massachusetts, you will focus on learning new skills to help you continue to live a sober lifestyle once you leave the program. Keep in mind that recovery doesn’t just happen — it requires planning to be most successful. Our program is all about helping you create and structure a custom treatment plan that works for you.

The process of developing the best possible treatment plan begins with you! A member of our admission team will spend time with you to assess your individual needs. Initially, we look at your current situation, focusing on your current and most pressing issues. This part of your addiction treatment process will be completed with one of our knowledgeable staff in the Admission Office.

Next, you will be assigned a clinician who will be your “point person” during your treatment at New England Treatment Center. The role of your clinician is to provide you with support and guidance — working with you as a co-planner and mapping out the best recovery plan for you. In addition, your clinician will work with family members of your choosing to further support your treatment. We strongly encourage family involvement during team meetings to discuss your current progress in treatment and continuing care plans.

Each person’s situation and recovery journey are different. Therefore, your clinician will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that incorporates your strengths and addresses your challenges.

In order to provide you with the highest quality of services, your clinician will incorporate additional qualified members of the interdisciplinary team such as our physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health clinicians and recovery specialists.
